Cost
The Cost for Evangelism University is $45 per person (teens and adults) and covers notebook of all class handouts, one meal, and housing in homes for students (breakfast provided by host family). It does not include Saturday evening meal on the town. Adults will be responsible to secure a hotel room for their stay so that adequate housing is available for students. Anyone who registers online before December 6th at midnight will receive a $10 early registration discount. EU is for students in the 9th-12th grades. T-Shirts and Hoodies are optional and can be purchased during EU but are not available as a part of registration.  

Housing
Housing will be provided by the Savannah Church of Christ and may be limited due to the large number of participants. Housing will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Bring sleeping bag and pillow. It is our expectation that groups stay both nights. A major part of the EU experience is staying in homes and enjoying a whole weekend of fellowship and friend making.

The deadline for housing changes is Thursday, January 6th . No housing changes will be taken by phone in the church office. We can house no more 25 teens per youth group. Any group submitting a registration form after January 6th will have to make their own reservations. No housing changes or registration questions will be taken by phone in the church office. You can contact the housing committee at 731-607-4208. The church office will only direct you to this number.

NOTE:  It is a board policy that there be no refunds, so be precise as you can with your numbers.  Books and lunch have to be ordered early for such a large group.

Adult Accommodations
Arrangements have been made with hotels in the Savannah area for adult housing at a discounted rate. Adults will need to call and make your own reservations. Mention that you are with Evangelism University for the best rate. The only exception would be if the host families request adults to stay with the students.

College Students are required to find their own hotels or arrangements. EU housing is reserved for High School students only.
