You have registered, you have paid, and you were coming in January, but obviously that didn't happen. So here's what we need you to do.
We understand that your list may change drastically from what you had coming in January. So we need you to re-register. But don't worry, it won't be as involved as the first time.
Fill out the short form here by Tax Day, April 16. All we need is your name, email, congregation, and how many adults, how many boys, and how many girls will be coming. We don't need names, just numbers - even if those numbers are different from in January.
And here's the thing - you can bring more kids if you want! In that case, we'll figure up the difference of how much you owe and you can bring payment when you check in on April 27.
If you're bringing less, however, we can also cross-check that with our records and issue you a refund on the card you paid with.
Don't worry if you can't remember how many you registered for January - we have those records and will make sure either you're paid up or we refund you.
RE-REGISTER YOUR GROUP
All housing requests are now CLOSED. You can still re-register, but you will need to provide your OWN housing. If you have any questions, please contact us.
